* Gathering and Documenting Business Requirements: Engage with stakeholders to elicit, clarify, and translate business needs into functional specifications for Salesforce implementations.
* Mapping and Analyzing Business Processes: Use Salesforce functionalities to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, analyze data, and optimize business processes.
* Collaborating with IT and Stakeholders: Design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions aligning with organizational goals, communicate effectively with project managers and developers, and facilitate learning sessions for end-users.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales cloud, Quote, Order, and Contract Management Testing (UAT), basic programming/scripting (Apex, SOQL).
* Business Skills: Business case writing, wireframing, and flow diagrams, stakeholder management and facilitation, analytical thinking & problem-solving.
