Key Sales Position
We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team as a key account manager. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in food ingredients or additives industry, with a focus on hydrocolloid technology.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute market development strategies to drive sales growth.
* Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.
* Analyze customer data to inform sales strategies and optimize product offerings.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Requirements
* At least 3 years of sales experience in the food industry.
* Familiarity with hydrocolloid applications and carrageenan-based solutions.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Fluency in English, proficiency in Mandarin preferred.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
