Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts across assigned territories
* Lead sales planning, forecasting, and execution to meet revenue targets
* Supervise and support field sales teams to ensure optimal performance and coverage
* Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to implement promotional strategies and product launches
* Monitor inventory levels, merchandising standards, and in-store execution
* Prepare regular reports on account performance, KPIs, and strategic initiatives
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
* 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales Supervision, preferably in
