You’ll be paid per project, with a monthly budget per project. If you’re efficient, you can handle 2–3 projects at once and increase your earnings accordingly.What you’ll do
You will own performance marketing for the projects you take on, end-to-end:
Plan, launch and manageMeta Ads and Google Ads campaigns(search, performance, and/or social).
Writeclear, persuasive ad copytailored to each audience and funnel stage.
Structure and optimize campaigns (bids, audiences, keywords, creatives) forROI and scalability .
Set up and maintaintracking, pixels, and basic analyticsto measure results.
RunA/B testson ads, landing pages (with the team) and audiences, and document learnings.
Turn data intosimple, written updates : what happened, why it matters, and what you’ll do next.
Work async, manage your own time, and proactively flag problems or opportunities.No endless meetings. We just expectone message per workday : what you did yesterday, what you’ll do today, and any blockers.You might be a great fit if you:
✅ Are proficient with Meta Ads and Google Ads (hands-on, not just theory).
✅ Have strong written English and good listening/reading skills
(You do not need to speak English fluently or be on calls.)
✅ Have experience with campaign management and copywriting for paid media.
✅ Are organized, self-managing, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
✅ Are proactive: when you’re stuck or see a problem, you raise it and propose options.
✅ Have a public portfolio with at least 2 projects showing: what you did, the numbers/results (ROAS, CPL, leads, revenue, etc.), and any key learnings.We like working with people who:

Engagement type: project-based contractor/freelancer.
Payment model: per project, with a monthly budget agreed upfront.

Workload: you can take on multiple projects (e.g. 2–3) depending on your efficiency and results.
