Job Role
We are seeking a seasoned mobile developer to join our team.
1. Key Responsibilities:
2. To design, develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications for the SAP Service and Asset Manager.
3. To work in collaboration with product managers to clarify customer requirements and feature specifications.
4. To collaborate with UX designers to ensure a smooth and visually appealing user experience, adhering to SAP Fiori design guidelines.
5. To ensure high-performance and responsiveness of developed features.
6. To collaborate with backend integration service developers to align on OData service features and requirements.
7. To utilize S/4HANA system and its relevant business processes (plant maintenance, quality management, material management, inventory management, extended warehouse management, work clearance management) and data objects (work order, notification, PM confirmation, timesheet, service order, service confirmation, service quotation, equipment, functional location, material master) to setup necessary test data, perform end-to-end testing and validate developed features.
8. To conduct thorough testing, including unit testing, integration tests and UI automation scripts for developed features.
9. To collaborate with quality engineers on issues reported, debug, identify and fix bugs, crashes and performance issues.
10. To provide sufficient documentation on features developed.
11. To collaborate with user assistance developers (technical writers) to provide information on product features developed for use in product documentation.
12. To follow agile development principles and best practices during development.
13. To participate in daily scrums.
14. To participate in backlog grooming and provide good-quality effort estimates.
15. To provide quick investigation and resolution to assigned customer incidents from ServiceNow, following standard customer incident support process and ensuring timely investigation, proper communication with customers and proper documentation in ServiceNow incident and resolution of issues within standard SLA based on criticality of the customer incident. Create necessary JIRA issues for tracking and SAP notes to provide resolution and fixes.
16. To maintain communication and documentation in English.
17. To maintain proper communication and notification with lead MDK developer and SAP development manager on vacation or absence to ensure minimum impact to development timeline.
