Account Manager Role Overview
This role is pivotal to ensuring client satisfaction and successful project delivery. You'll be responsible for managing client needs, timelines, and communication between clients and our teams.
As the primary contact, you'll build strong relationships with clients, communicate their needs clearly, monitor project progress, and proactively resolve issues. Regular updates will keep clients informed and confident.
* Manage client expectations and communicate effectively with our teams.
* Maintain project timelines and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
* Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues promptly.
* Keep clients updated on project status and coordinate with our internal team.
**Key Requirements & Experience:**
* Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or similar roles.
* Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Sheets, Slack, and Clickup.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
**Success Metrics:**
* Clients feel valued and heard, projects are delivered on time, and we maintain clear communication.
* The agency owner is free to focus on sales and lead generation.
**Compensation & Schedule:**
* Pays hourly (dependent on experience).
* Part-time, 25-30 hours per week.
