Key Account Manager - LATAM
As a strategic key account manager, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our esteemed VIP clients in Brazil and LATAM.
* You will serve as the primary point of contact, driving business success through sustained communication and proactive portfolio expansion.
* Analyze client behavior to identify opportunities for growth and enhance customer experience.
* Liaise with various stakeholders to provide exceptional service solutions and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate should possess:
* A minimum of 4-7 years of experience in sales and client services with an international financial background.
* A proven track record of managing client portfolios including institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, private banking customers, brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks.
* Experience working in trading platforms or exchanges is highly advantageous.
* Excellent communication and writing skills, with proficiency in Portuguese (written and spoken), and working knowledge of English; Spanish would be a plus.
* Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
