Senior IT Technical Recruiter Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill this challenging position. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in an agency setting or high-growth tech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
* Develop strong pipelines of both LATAM and U.S.-based technical candidates using creative sourcing strategies.
* Evaluate applicants by comparing qualifications to job requirements and conducting initial screening interviews.

Requirements:
* 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
* Proven experience recruiting for diverse Information Technology roles.
* Understanding of technology trends and passion for working with technical professionals.
