Key Account Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our Client Service function. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact, enhancing customer experience and fostering client loyalty.
Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of global VIP clients in Brazil and LATAM, building rapport and expanding relationships through frequent communication.
* Develop key customer service processes and systems, tracking the status of key customers.
* Analyze client behavior, identifying unspoken needs, and prepare key customer analysis reports.
* Liaise with stakeholders from various departments to provide optimal service solutions and customer experience.
Requirements:
* At least 4-7 years of experience in sales and client services with an international financial background.
* A client portfolio including institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, private banking customers, brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks.
* Experience working in trading platforms or exchanges is highly advantageous.
* Strong communication and writing skills.
* Proficient in Portuguese (written and spoken), with working knowledge of English; Spanish would be a plus.
* Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines while maintaining strong multi-tasking skills.
