Oracle Cloud Support Engineer
As a senior professional, you will play a key role in supporting and operating the accounts receivable and billing modules of Oracle ERP Cloud. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and support the GL, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management modules.
* Resolve complex incidents and tickets within agreed deadlines (SLA), collaborating closely with internal teams and suppliers.
* Provide critical support during the monthly accounting closing in multiple regions (LATAM, USA, APAC).
* Develop and execute regression tests on quarterly updates of the Oracle Cloud SaaS environment.
* Ensure compliance with SOX processes, documentation, and evidence for audits.
* Lead operations and continuous improvements in communication, processes, and support standards.
* Contribute to defining and disseminating best practices, aligned with ITIL and tools like ServiceNow and GitLab.
* Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure successful deployments and integrations.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Extensive experience in Oracle ERP Cloud in GL, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management modules.
* Minimum 10 years with Oracle ERP and at least 5 years hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
* Participation in at least 3 complete Oracle Cloud implementation projects.
* Familiarity with Oracle localizations (LACLS) and tax requirements in Brazil.
* Experience with tools such as BIP, PL/SQL, FBDI, ADFDi, Web Services (SOAP/REST).
* Strong accounting knowledge to ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Excellence in written and verbal communication in Portuguese and English.
* Ability to lead teams of 5 to 10 people.
* Collaborative, proactive profile with analytical mindset and results-focused approach.
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related fields.
