Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to develop and execute regional diagnostics sales plans with our team. This role involves working closely with distributors to conduct key selling events and create diagnostic sales opportunities in various regions.
Responsibilities
* Establish relationships with distributors and customers to generate new business for our diagnostic products.
* Travel extensively, conducting sales presentations on Maximus Diagnostic products and services.
* Schedule and attend sales meetings to support the sale of automotive diagnostic products.
* Collaborate with distributors and District Managers to generate, qualify, and close leads.
* Develop a monthly sales action plan based on territory potential and customer analysis.
* Support major selling events at technical education accounts.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
* Bilingual Spanish and English preferred.
* Excellent organizational agility, interpersonal, and political savvy skills for effective cooperation with various departments.
* At least 3-5 years of outside sales experience in the automotive industry or electronic test/measurement equipment.
* Demonstrated problem-solving aptitude and consultative sales approach.
* Results-oriented with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
* Intermediate Microsoft EXCEL, WORD, and contact management software proficiency.
* Able to lift up to 40 pounds at a time.
