We are looking for a strategic and creative Content Manager to lead the development and execution of our content and brand positioning strategy for the Brazilian market. This professional will play a key role in building Global Citizen Solutions’ presence in a new and high-potential market, translating our global brand positioning into locally relevant, engaging, and high-performing content.

* Develop and execute content strategies across multiple channels and formats;
* Lead the creation of editorial calendars, content flows, and campaign storytelling;
* Ensure consistency in tone of voice, messaging, and brand positioning across all communications;
* Coordinate the production of content for social media, blogs, newsletters, landing pages, videos, campaigns, and other digital formats;
* Review and guide deliverables from copywriters, social media professionals, creators, and external partners;
* Analyze contentperformance metrics and propose optimization strategies based on data insights;
* Monitor social media trends, digital culture, audience behavior, and emerging content formats;
* Restructure thewebsite with a focus on the Portuguese language, applying SEO strategy, user journey optimization, and conversion-focused improvements;
* Create and leadthe company’s long-form and strategic content initiatives, including blogs, master guides, institutional pages, and landing pages;
* Develop authoritative and in-depth content related to visas, citizenship, investment migration, and international mobility topics;
* Define and manage the social media editorial calendar with a focus on audience growth, engagement, and lead generation;
* Ensure technical and legal terminology is communicated in a clear, accessible, and user-friendly way;
* Work strategically with keywords, content architecture, and internal linking structures;
* Optimize existing content and identify quick-win opportunities for traffic and conversion improvements.
#ABOUTYOU
* Previous experience in content strategy and content management roles;
* Background in agencies, communications, digital marketing, or related industries;
* Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in both Portuguese and English;
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital formats, and content journeys;
* Ability to transform briefs into structured editorial strategies and actionable plans;
* Experience managing projects, timelines, and multiple priorities simultaneously;
* Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor metrics and identify improvement opportunities;
* Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams;
* Knowledge of SEO, CRM, inbound marketing, and branded content strategies.
