We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst/Tester to fill a key role in our organization.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Gathering and documenting business requirements through stakeholder engagement and functional specifications for Salesforce implementations.
* Mapping, analyzing, and optimizing business processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement using Salesforce functionalities.
* Designing, configuring, and implementing Salesforce solutions that align with organizational goals.
* Preparing technical reports, dashboards, and visualizations by collecting and analyzing business data and CRM trends.
* Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), preparing training materials, and facilitating learning sessions for end-users.
To excel in this position, you will require:
* In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales cloud, Quote, Order, and Contract Management Testing (UAT).
* Business case writing, wireframing, and flow diagrams skills.
* Experience with Salesforce configuration and administration.
* Basic programming/scripting skills in Apex and SOQL is advantageous.
A successful candidate will possess strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, effective oral and written communication skills, and experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
