Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic projects that enhance Medtronic’s market position
Partner with the LATAM senior leadership team to drive collaboration and ensure that each project supports the broader business goals acting as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and updates
Monitor the progress of ongoing projects ensuring they are executed within the agreed timelines and budgets preparing comprehensive reports and presentations to update senior leadership and stakeholders on project status risks and outcomes
Identify opportunities for innovation and growth within the LATAM region driving revenue and market share growth across Medtronic’s diverse portfolio
Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness ensuring Medtronic remains a leader in delivering best-in-class solutions to our customers and patients
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics and related areas
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in consulting and/or program or project management preferably in a corporate setting and large enterprises
Familiarity with Agile and/or Lean Management methodologies and frameworks and with Project Management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Smartsheet etc.)
Fluency in Portuguese and/or Spanish both verbal and written and in English as a mandatory second language
Experience in customer-facing roles with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship management
Familiarity with enterprise software solutions and IT infrastructure; certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PgMP (Program Management Professional), Lean Six‑Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt etc.), ICAgile; experience working in the healthcare or medical device industry managing projects across different geographical regions and cultures.
