Primary Responsibilities:
• Analyze problems and develop effective solutions
• Troubleshoot system, application, and hardware issues
• Maintain open communication with customers regarding ticket progress
• Collaborate with customers remotely to resolve issues
• Utilize internal knowledge resources to provide and find solutions
• Consistently update the ticket tracking system with status and fixes
• Properly escalate issues to relevant stakeholders as necessary
Requirements:
Associate's Degree student preferably in Information Systems or equivalent program, or proven track record of IT experience required.
