Looking for a driven Product Designer to join the Prosigliere team.
Description
The Product Designer is responsible for developing innovative products through UX and UI solutions that drive increased conversion and loyalty, and elevate our client's brands. Must be highly innovative with a passion for business, usability, analytics, organization, technology and branding.
Responsibilities
Effectively translates user flows and architectural recommendations for digital projects of all sizes across all channels (mobile, tablet, desktop, and emerging)
Partners with stakeholders to iterate and refine options to achieve optimal solutions
Becomes a key player within the product triangle (PM - PD - TL)
Documents detailed interaction patterns and user paths that reflect the UI decisions made while maintaining a consistent design system.
Collaborates closely with engineering to ensure technical feasibility and proper delivery.
Figma prototyping and design.
Conducts User Research to understand behavioural patterns and identify business opportunities.
Technology Requirements
4+ years of UX/UI experience in a creative agency and/or marketplaces or B2B products.
Fluent in english.
Must supply examples of work/portfolio to be considered
Expert at prototyping in Figma
Knowledge of Design Systems and Usability
Understanding of User Research and User Experience.
Candidate must be proactive, innovative, solutions-oriented and organized
Fluent in Responsive and Adaptive design principles
Familiar with designing for apps on both iOS and Android
Expertise in user-centric design principles
Expertise in Canva, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar tools
Seasoned at mapping a variety of digital experiences (product/property pages, transactional flows, blogs, video, 360-degree tours, photos, etc.)
Keen prioritization/adaptation skills; Ability to shift focus as business needs dictate
