Responsibilities and duties
Supervise the activities carried out by leaders, ensuring that store organization, product display, stock, replenishment, checks, distribution, cash handling, financial products, fitting room service and sales area are aligned with internal procedures, checklists and company standards.
Ensure customer service is delivered with excellence by guiding and training the team on established procedures.
Improve store productivity by monitoring hourly sales and financial service results, adjusting task distribution with the manager to meet goals.
Prepare and control daily sales reports, financial products, targets, budgets, stock, and operate system entries; report results to the manager and monitor back-office records to prevent internal fraud.
Monitor competition through visits and observations of campaigns, window displays, queue at the cash register, pricing; report findings to the manager.
Support cash closing, verify cash with cash-in-transit and register information in the back-office system, and report to the manager.
Ensure receipt and verification of goods to avoid discrepancies and prioritize stock replenishment as directed for the sales area.
Ensure delivery of financial products through guidance and approval, with daily coordination with leaders.
Keep the team trained, motivated and properly uniformed through meetings and process training.
Develop the leadership team through training and action plans for individual performance and movements.
Requirements and qualifications
Desirable higher education in business administration or related fields.
Experience in a leadership or supervisory role in fashion retail.
Knowledge of retail sales operations and financial products (desirable).
Intermediate Microsoft Office.
