Join Us.Envu is proud to be Great Place to Work Certified in the U.S., France and India (June 2025 – June 2026)FUNCTION: Labels & Materials Specialist LATAMLOCATION: São Paulo / BrazilJOB TYPE: PermanentJOB GRADE: BR9GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA:Leads the coordination of artworks updates flow for LATAM being the connecting element among Regulatory, Marketing the graphics agency vendor.Responsible to execute the operational system processes in ERP and monitor the open order book with the multiple vendors connected with Brazil's toller, ensuring product availability.Focus on tactical interface with the Supply Planner and the multiple stakeholders as tollers, marketing, commercial, IT and project leaders ensuring artworks availability aligned to the most updated requirements and materials availability to toller in Brazil agreed on its production plan.YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:Coordinates Artworks update flow in LATAM | Lead the updates flow process ensuring the labels are updated according to Regulatory and Marketing requirements;Artworks update according to the most recent requirements | Ensure labels are available for purchase aligned to the production plan in each of the tollers;External graphics agencies management | Represent Envu in all interfaces with the external graphics agencies, ensure the updates requirements are properly delivered according to the country change specification;Participation on the launch forum | Facilitate the launch forums regarding the new artwork development point of view and launch execution;Coordinate on time artwork availability of AI's, bulks and packaging components for BR Supply Planning of the tollers. Analyze and provide feasible forecasts to tollers and suppliers in proper timing required to anticipate potential bottlenecks and discuss best plans of supply leading the MPS with Suppliers and tollers;Support Supply Chain Excellence and SND Project | Support LATAM supply planning flow to optimize in terms of labels availability and continuously improve the supply chain process between productive sites and Tollers on the region. Apply analytics tools to minimize cost on bagging schedule, transfers, inventory move and taxes;Enable supply satisfaction I Support SND Project and materials availability (DOS) according to business & quality needs. Define and negotiate production priorities leading Materials Supply Planning flow. Guarantee a win-win experience from supply by readjusting plans to grant supply requirements with demand needs;Supply Reconciliation | Support Brazil Supply Planner on the constrained supply plan, agree and communicate artwork and materials availability, gaps with transparency and constructive discussions with stakeholders about trade offs involved. Work together with the Supply and Demand planning to generate feasible supply allocation plans for E2E SC and report plans inside weekly S&OE's;Support Integrated planning and decision making | collaborate with the cross functional LATAM supply planning process (MPS meetings). Support product launches from materials supply view, showing allocations inside supply planning supporting the optimizing stock level inventories and restrictions and proposing solutions for balance stock level and product availability in Brazil and other countries.Orchestrate Materials Supply Planning process | Coordinate materials supply planning for Brazil's toller from short to long term, supporting costs reduction and service level optimization from supply perspective. Foster materials supply support to Negotiate Brazil's toller manufacturing capacity according to the supply needs and support to optimize cost of goods with best Materials Supply Planning flow;MPS meetings | Colaborate with Brazil MPS meetings providing availability information for the supply planning enabling scenarios simulation and best decision making considering full supply perspective;ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE?Main requirements:Bachelors' degree;APICS certification or Pos Graduation is desired;Project Management skills;3+ years cumulative experience in different areas of Supply Chain.
