About the Position

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager in Mexico or Brazil to join our Plastic Business Unit. This role is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence across Latin America. The main product lines include backlit banners, tarpaulins, and other PVC fabric solutions.

Responsibilities

Sales & Market Development

Drive market expansion and secure sales orders across Latin America.
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients to grow the customer base and increase market share.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
Analyse sales data and monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Proactively address customer needs and resolve complaints to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Conduct client visits and provide regular updates on customer engagement and feedback.
Budget & Performance Management

Manage and control sales budgets responsibly.
Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess sales effectiveness and continuously improve sales processes for greater efficiency and impact.
Operational Coordination

Collaborate closely with headquarters sales team, product development, logistics, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment and smooth execution of sales initiatives.
Travel domestically and internationally to support customer service, perform site visits, and relay quality-related feedback promptly.
Compliance & Reporting

Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and applicable laws.
Conduct all transactions in accordance with company pricing and terms.
Follow management directives, and unless otherwise instructed, submit weekly activity reports covering client meetings and notable developments. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and transactions.
Requirements

Industry Experience (Must-Have)


Minimum 5 years of proven sales and business development experience specifically in the advertising materials or tarpaulin materials.

Candidates must have direct sales experience with relevant products and within our industry.
Regional & Market Expertise

Strong understanding of Latin American markets, including economic conditions, business practices, local regulations, and market trends.
Demonstrated cultural awareness and relationship-building skills with clients across the region.
Language & Communication Skills

Excellent communication skills in English are required for coordination with the global team.
Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage complex customer requirements.
Collaboration & Independence

Strong cross-cultural collaboration abilities, ideally with experience working in global teams.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Travel & Work Flexibility

Based in Latin America with the flexibility to travel frequently within the region as required.
