ServiceNow Technical Expert
We are seeking a skilled professional to play a pivotal role in building and evolving ServiceNow as the "IT ERP" for our IT organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyzing data to make hands-on architectural decisions for ServiceNow configuration and development.
* Leveraging expertise to guide and supervise external partners responsible for ServiceNow development and application management.
* Performing configuration, development, and administration tasks within ServiceNow.
* Collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic roadmaps and project scopes.
* Investigating and advising on module usage, integrations, and platform capabilities across various functionalities such as SPM, ITSM, ITOM, HR, VR, and custom applications.
* Ensuring platform design follows best practices and avoids unnecessary customization or technical debt.
