**Job Description**:
**Position Responsibilities**:
- Leads employees performing activities within multiple fields.
- Manages employees and managers developing metrics and indicators and integrating management decisions.
- Develops and implements integrated organizational policies and procedures and guides the development of operational performance, goals, objectives.
- Work on cross-functional workstreams and forums to drive a lean operation of the business
- Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports. Manages, develops and motivates employees and managers.
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
- Develops and carries out integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and operational goals and objectives.
- Monitor and improve internal controls in order to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements both internal and external.
- Identify improvement opportunities, create related practical, achievable action plans, and provide program management support to execute against plans
- Creates a culture of continuous improvement.

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:
- Must be legally able to work in Brazil
- Proficient in reading, writing and speaking in English
- Bachelor’s degree in accredited course of study
- Senior level experience in management and operations
- Experience leading and partnering with cross-functional teams, involving key partner relationship management
**Preferred Qualifications**(Education/Experience)**:
- Master's Degree or MBA
- Ability to effectively handle ambiguity and to collaborate and partner with business leaders
- Ability to align customer requirements with the broader organization.
