Job Title: Senior Project Manager
This role involves overseeing and managing the company's project portfolio, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely and successful project delivery. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for developing project plans, monitoring progress, and addressing any issues that arise.
* Run and oversee project management and program management functions across the entire organization
* Manage business operations internal to the organization
* Manage trade shows and holiday market events (staffing, logistics, planning)
* Travel to the United States as needed for trade shows and events
* Run annual and quarterly planning for the organization
* Set the pace and ensure all stakeholders are accountable to timelines
* Determine departmental KPIs for annual and quarterly goal setting
Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled professional with strong project management, leadership, and strategic planning abilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
