About the Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing strategic business relationships with software industry professionals to identify and pursue M&A opportunities.
This includes developing and managing an M&A pipeline through a CRM system, creating market maps to build strong relationships in assigned software industry verticals, meeting monthly M&A targets, and qualifying opportunities at the top-end of the acquisition funnel.
Requirements
* At least 3+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales or client-facing M&A/finance role
* Advanced verbal and written communication skills
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work variable hours
* Extraordinary work ethic and proactive attitude
Additional Requirements
* Occasional travel to Canada, U.S., Mexico, Colombia, Chile, and/or Peru may be required
