Job Title: Workday Certified Project Manager
The role involves supporting production and enhancement initiatives for Workday. Key responsibilities include leading release activities, coordinating Agile ceremonies, and planning sprints.
* Develop project plans, resource allocation schedules, and presentations.
* Document and validate business requirements and functional designs.
* Conduct data analysis to provide actionable insights.
* Act as a Workday Configuration SME to resolve production issues and enhancements.
* Review test cases, support user acceptance testing, and maintain knowledge/response documentation.
Key Skills:
* Workday certification (HCM, Compensation, or related module).
* 5+ years of experience in Workday functional, business analyst, or project management roles.
* Strong configuration and business process setup knowledge.
* Proven expertise in production support, enhancement management, and Agile delivery.
* Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
