Wind Energy Project Leadership Role
Project Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the project team's activities to ensure timely and safe delivery, installation, and commissioning of wind turbines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the project team in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
* Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, addressing any project-related issues that may arise.
* Support business objectives and contract commitments by providing project management expertise.
* Ensure project reporting aligns with company leadership expectations.
* Contribute to maintaining a strong safety culture throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Relevant field experience or education in engineering, project management, or a related discipline.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience as a project manager on major infrastructure projects, preferably in the wind energy sector.
* Experience working in the wind industry is mandatory.
* Proficiency in people and project management methods, commercial management, and risk mitigation strategies.
