Our goal is to execute, plan and analyze commercial and operational actions of the e-commerce department, working on the optimization of digital sales channels with a focus on performance, customer experience and alignment with the company's modular and innovative strategy.
Responsibilities
We are looking for a professional who can manage the daily operation of the e-commerce platform, including product portfolio management, ensuring technical and visual information consistency.
The ideal candidate will monitor and analyze performance indicators (conversion rate, average ticket, cart abandonment, CAC, LTV, etc.) and propose corrective and continuous improvement actions.
He or she will participate in the planning of promotional and commercial campaigns aligned with strategic objectives and seasonal dates.
The selected candidate will create and update managerial reports focused on sales, product performance, consumer behavior and campaign results.
He or she will coordinate integration between the online store, marketplaces and internal systems (ERP, logistics, customer service).
The successful candidate will follow up on logistical processes (orders, deadlines, stock and delivery), ensuring compliance with SLAs and customer satisfaction.
Additionally, he or she will support the definition of pricing, combos, promotions and specific commercial policies for the online channel.
He or she will work closely with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns aimed at e-commerce, contributing data, segmentations and recommendations.
The ideal candidate will perform A/B testing on product pages, UX, layout and other points of improvement in the online purchase journey.
He or she will follow competitors and digital market trends, proposing creative and competitive solutions.
