Responsibilities:

* Design, build, and maintain backend services supporting Atlas' AI voice and ad agents.

* Work with cloud-native tools ensuring scalable and reliable systems.

* Develop and manage APIs integrating Atlas with third-party CRMs, ad platforms, and communication tools.

* Ensure data security, authentication, and compliance across all systems.
","
* Collaborate with product, AI, and frontend teams to deliver features iteratively.

* Monitor and optimize system performance for speed, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Requirements:

We are seeking individuals with the following skills and qualifications:

* 4–7 years in backend development (Node.js, C#, or Python preferred).

* Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.

* Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform.

* Database experience (SQL + NoSQL).

* Comfortable working with queues, messaging systems, and distributed architectures.

* Strong problem-solving skills and bias toward action in dynamic environments.
