Project Manager Role
Leading a project team to safely deliver, install and commission wind turbines on schedule is paramount. To achieve this, strong leadership skills are necessary to ensure timely completion within budget.
As the focal point for project issues and roadblocks, it's essential to maintain effective customer relationships. This involves acting as a liaison between stakeholders and facilitating open communication to resolve any challenges that may arise.
SUPPORTING PROJECT DELIVERY AND BUSINESS COMMITMENTS:
* Manage project delivery according to business and contract commitments.
* Ensure coherence of PM reporting to leadership.
Fostering a Safety Culture:
Contribute to the safety culture of the project by implementing best practices and ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
