Technical Sales Specialist
The technical sales specialist role involves providing expert support to clients in their purchasing decisions, primarily through the discovery and validation stages of the sales process.
To succeed in this position, you will need to work closely with account executives and channel account managers to develop and implement sales strategies for your territory and key partners.
* You will deliver customized sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers and partners, highlighting the value proposition of our products or services.
* Additionally, you will plan and execute proof-of-concept activities to validate customer requirements and demonstrate the effectiveness of our solutions.
* You will also be responsible for communicating feature requests and product ideas to leadership, who will then convey these insights to product management.
* An essential part of this role is documenting ongoing sales cycles and proof-of-concepts in Salesforce.com.
