Responsibilities
Assist reception of visitors, announcing arrivals and directing them to appropriate departments.
Handle telephone calls: transfer, record messages, return missed calls, and provide general information to internal and external callers.
Process incoming and outgoing correspondence, update record books, and archive documents.
Answer general questions about the company or forward inquiries to qualified staff, consult internal directory, and maintain up‑to‑date telephone lists.
Monitor visitor and employee entry/exit, activate security alarm when necessary, and enforce confidentiality of client and employee information.
Support organization of working materials, distribute newspapers and magazines, and perform other administrative duties as required.
