Key Responsibilities

* Resolve daily front office issues on both functional, valuation, and pricing
* Resolve daily issues stemming from front office equity derivatives desk
* Work closely with and address issues from equities derivatives desk traders (level 3)
* Ammend front office pre-trade rules, eTradePad, simulations
* Resolve requests or issues with profit and loss, market data, and booking issues
* Analyse, formulate, propose, develop and/or contribute to overall solutions as per production support deliverables
* Liaise with technical teams when needed to resolve front office related issues and necessary enhancements
* Manage day-to-day assigned project tasks to complete various front office deliverables
* Yield curve issue resolution and validation; curve assignments; new curve creation
* Continuous follow-up of new market regulations/practices globally
* Perform various levels of testing for assigned deliverables as well as participate in formal release cycles (system integration testing/user acceptance testing)
* Develop front office business requirements per given stream and according to project needs as they come along
Required Skills And Qualifications

* Strong product knowledge in equities derivatives, commodities
* Very strong understanding of foreign exchange, interest rate derivatives business
* Very strong understanding on profit and loss concept overall and its components
* Very strong understanding and hands-on experience in market data, curve structure, simulations, and trade life cycle
* Strong experience in supporting front office users and resolving their daily issues
* 5+ years experience with murex front office functionalities
* 4+ years experience in financial markets role
* SQL proficiency
* Must have strong personality, logical and analytical skills
* Be detailed-oriented, a quick learner and self-starter
* Possess good verbal and written communication skills
* Must have strong organisation skills
