The HR Analyst responsibilities include providing administrative assistance to our recruiting team and maintaining databases with candidate information. You will help keep our hiring process smooth and ensure we recruit and retain high-performing personnel.ABOUT YOUFrom 1-3 years of experience in HR as an Analyst or Talent Acquisition AnalystTake initiative and work independentlyAlways willing to learnBuild and maintain partnershipsStrong problem solvingExcellent written and oral communication skills along with an ability to interact and develop networks in a professional manner externally & across the businessAbility to maintain confidentialityExcellent organizational skillsExperience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, in particular)Experience using different recruitment sources (Indeed, Zip Recruiter, LinkedIn, University platforms, etc.)Must be a detail- and customer-oriented team player with excellent organizational and follow-up skillsAdvanced English level is a mustConversational Spanish is a great plusWHAT YOU WILL DO:Understand the requirements of each client and each vacancy to support recruitment process according to their needs.Support the sourcing process that includes posting job openings on various job boards, headhunting, use of social networks, filtering of CVs, and contact with candidates.Support full-cycle recruiting process including interviews, technical exams, presentation, onboardingMaintain a complete record of interviewsWHAT WE OFFER?Be part of an international consulting company.Exposure to multiple types of projects with people from all over Latin AmericaA results-oriented approach, cultivated in all our collaboratorsExposure to key decision makers in the industry in Latin AmericaAn exciting and professional work environmentAn indefinite independent contract80% remoteAnd of course...
