At Callbell, we're looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our team. This is a fully remote position with 40 hours/week of availability.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Agent who can provide technical support to clients within Brazil business hours.
* Provide technical assistance to clients in a timely and professional manner.
* Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and develop effective solutions.
* Maintain open communication with the support and development teams.
* Contribute to knowledge base articles and user guides.
Requirements:
To be successful as a Customer Support Agent, you will need:
* At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in remote support or help desk.
* Knowledge of the SaaS market.
* Fluent in Portuguese (spoken and written), intermediate English and Spanish proficiency.
* Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge.
* Able to explain technical concepts to users.
* Availability to work within the Brazil time zone.
