As a key member of our organization, you will support the analysis, testing, and delivery of enhancements on our platform.
You will work in a fast-paced environment, often requiring collaboration with various teams and stakeholders. You must be able to deliver results with minimal supervision.
Key responsibilities include:
* Gathering and documenting business requirements and process improvements
* Assisting in defining acceptance criteria and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT)
* Developing, executing, and maintaining test cases and scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing
* Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects; working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution
* Supporting training and communication efforts related to new or updated functionality
* Maintaining clear and concise documentation for both business requirements and testing activities
* Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency
Required skills and qualifications include:
* 2-3 years of combined business analysis and quality assurance experience with ServiceNow (ITSM / ITOM modules preferred)
* Experience using Automated Test Framework (ATF) and/or other tools for test automation
* Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing methodologies, and business analysis best practices
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to establish strong relationships internally and externally
* Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator a plus
