IT Technical Recruiter - Senior Role
We are seeking a seasoned IT Technical Recruiter to join our recruiting team, focusing on diverse Information Technology roles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Source, screen, interview, and onboard top technical candidates using various sourcing strategies.
* Develop strong pipelines of LATAM and U.S.-based technical candidates using creative sourcing techniques.
* Leverage multiple sourcing tools, including internet research, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn, and ATS systems.
Requirements:
* 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency setting or high-growth tech environment.
* Proven experience recruiting for Information Technology roles.
* Understanding of technology trends and ability to work with technical professionals.
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
* Strong ability to multi-task, manage multiple roles, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service focus.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and modern ATS systems.
