OverviewAccount Executive (Executivo de Vendas) – Cuiabá/MT (Remote) at ClaraClara is the leading B2B fintech for spend management in Latin America. We are building the financial infrastructure that powers high-performing organizations and are looking for a self-driven sales professional to accelerate Clara's growth in Cuiabá through outbound prospecting and closing new business opportunities.What you will doOwn the outbound sales motion for your territory, from lead sourcing to signed contractsBuild and manage a high-volume pipeline through proactive prospecting and outreachSet and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales goalsTrack and optimize performance against KPIs such as outreach volume, conversion rate, and closed dealsMaintain detailed records of all sales activity and client interactions using Hubspot CRMAct as a brand ambassador, clearly communicating Clara\'s value proposition to potential clientsWho you areMinimum requirements are listed below; preferred qualifications are a bonus.Must havesProven track record of exceeding outbound sales targets in a SaaS environmentStrong pipeline management skills and ability to own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closingExcellent verbal and written communication and negotiation abilitiesSelf-motivated and comfortable working independentlyBased in Cuiabá, BrazilWorking proficiency in PortugueseIntermediate proficiency in English (reading, writing, and verbal communication)Nice to havesExperience in financial services, expense management software, or relevant verticals (e.g., Agrobusiness, Arts & Entertainment)Network within the local business ecosystem in CuiabáBasic proficiency in Spanish or a desire to learnExperience or interest in using AI tools to automate workflowsA good sense of humorWhy join ClaraAt Clara, you\'ll have autonomy, speed, and support to make a meaningful impact on how organizations are run across Latin America.Who we areLeading B2B fintech for spend management in Latin AmericaCertified as a fast-growing company, a Great Place to Work, and a LinkedIn Top StartupOpen, inclusive, and values-driven environmentProduct-led culture with high-talent-density — designed for buildersWhat we offerCompetitive salary and stock options (ESOP) from day oneMulticultural team with exposure to Portuguese, Spanish, and EnglishAnnual learning budget and internal accelerated development pathsHigh-ownership environment with fast-paced growthFlexible vacation and hybrid work model focused on resultsClara\'s Hybrid Policy: Claridians split time between office, customer interactions, and remote work.
