Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring ongoing deliveries and assisting delivery drivers and shippers via phone and live chat.
Your goal will be to ensure seamless delivery operations and provide excellent customer service.
To achieve this, you will work closely with various stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise during the delivery process.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics and customer support principles and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivery Monitoring: Monitor ongoing deliveries to ensure timely and efficient delivery of packages.
* Customer Support: Assist delivery drivers and shippers via phone and live chat to resolve any issues or concerns.
* Issue Resolution: Work closely with stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise during the delivery process.
* Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery operations.
Requirements:
* Fluency in English: Strong communication skills in English are required to interact with customers, drivers, and other stakeholders.
* Eastern US Time Zone: Ability to work based on Eastern US time zone (EDT) is essential for effective communication and coordination with stakeholders.
* Logistics Experience: Previous experience in logistics, courier operations, call centers, or customer support is highly desirable.
