We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Specialist to join our organization.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in computer systems, networks, operating systems, and cloud platforms.
A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required. CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900), or Google IT Support Professional Certificate are also highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
* Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees
* Serve as the first point of contact for internal IT support requests, providing timely troubleshooting and resolution for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across various SaaS platforms
* Support the deployment and integration of new productivity and collaboration tools
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and cloud platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365)
* Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills; ability to solve problems independently and communicate solutions clearly
* Experience with endpoint management, SaaS administration, and automation tools
* Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, including MFA, VPNs, patch management, and incident response
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience/certifications)
