Job Responsibilities
* Lead, manage, and expand the Indonesia sales team to achieve company growth targets.
* Recruit, train, and monitor Business Development Managers (BDMs) and sales members.
* Drive team performance in terms of:
* FTD acquisition
* IB registrations
* Net deposit growth
* Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration and client acquisition.
* Monitor daily sales activities and provide guidance to improve team productivity and conversion.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, IBs, and business partners.
* Coordinate with Operations, Support, and Management teams to ensure smooth execution and communication.
* Prepare sales reports and provide performance updates to management.
* Support onboarding and development of new sales members.
* Ensure the sales team operates in line with company policies and business objectives.
Requirements
* Experience in Forex / CFD / financial sales industry is preferred.
* Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team.
* Strong recruitment and team-building capability.
* Target-oriented with strong leadership and communication skills.
* Able to work in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
* Familiar with Indonesian market and client acquisition strategies.
* Mandarin-speaking ability is a plus.
