1.Support daily operation for the Merchant Growth and Experience team.
2.Take part in various projects in merchant operation projects, including but not limited to material delivery management, merchant university content production, and merchant experience projects.
3.Responsible for communication and education to merchants for important experience issues.
4.Other merchant operation related tasks assigned by your leader.Job Requirements
1.Responsible and reliable, willing to work hard to achieve team goals.
2.Eager to learn, open to new things, and able to adapt to changes.
3.Good communication skills, a team player, and willing to grow together with others. 4.Native Portuguese speaker, fluent in both spoken and written Portuguese.
5.Able to use English for daily communication and for preparing store-related documents. 6.Proficient in using computers and common office software.
