About the Agile Coach Position
We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to support our Technology group in driving program teams to adhere to the Agile Process and bring organizational structure, Agile disciplines, and day-to-day operational management to the teams.
* Implement a standardized software development lifecycle (SDLC) across Program Teams
* Partner with Product Managers in lean portfolio management roadmapping
* Drive successful framework adoption and deliver great products by following the Agile Process
The Agile Coach will also partner with multiple Agile teams on the smooth delivery of their release efforts and be responsible for promoting Agile best practices.
Responsibilities
* Coach Scrum Leads to build next-generation products and maintain current product lines
* Proactively monitor and assess teams' Agile maturity and health metrics
* Facilitate delivery of release train milestones
Requirements:
* 12+ years of total experience in software development, product management, or business analysis
* 8+ years of Agile experiences in Scrum and Kanban with highly technical projects
