This role entails covering multiple responsibilities within the finance department. The ideal candidate will initially support employees on leave and eventually assume a financial analyst position for sales invoices and accounts payable by mid-next year.
Key objectives include automating accounts payable through CNAB file usage. During this transition, the candidate will gain experience in various finance areas, enhancing their knowledge and readiness to take on main responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
* Receive daily picking lists, insert serial numbers, verify item balances and weights, and input transportation data.
* Register invoices with the government and issue them to customers, including product quality certificates.
* Create invoice types: consignments, alternate delivery addresses, industrialization, branch transfers, and exports.
* Handle fiscal appointments weekly, ensuring customer communication and issuing correction letters.
* Compare DDA-bank data with system records bi-weekly.
* Generate and send payment files to the bank, process returns, and reconcile posted amounts.
* Organize international payments, perform cash flow analysis, gather documentation, and register payments twice monthly.
* Support month-end closing by reconciling stock, intercompany payables, and imports in transit.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
* Advanced English proficiency.
* Excel skills.
* Knowledge of accounts payable, invoicing, or accounting processes.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience with SAP B1.
* Intermediate-level Spanish language skills.
* Experience working with CNAB files.
