Job Title: Customer Support Agent
We are a global company with operations in Brazil. This is a remote position working 40 hours/week.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support to clients, available during Brazilian business hours.
* Collaborate with the internal team to improve customer experience and develop solutions.
* Maintain communication with support and development teams.
* Contribute to knowledge base articles and user guides.
Requirements:
Mandatory:
* At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably remote or help desk.
* Knowledge of the SaaS market.
* Fluent in Portuguese, intermediate English and Spanish.
* Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge.
* Ability to explain technical concepts.
* Availability within the Brazil time zone.
Preferred:
* Dynamic profile engaging in conversations and understanding client needs.
* Active listening skills.
* Proactive problem-solving while working independently.
