Lead the implementation and management of Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) within the company, ensuring greater efficiency in the use of financial resources, the elimination of unnecessary costs, and the development of a culture of continuous critical analysis of expenses and investments.
Technical Requirements
* Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
* Proven experience in financial planning, controlling, or cost consulting.
* Strong knowledge of budgeting methodologies, especially Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB).
* Proficiency in advanced Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
* Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Totvs, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
* Ability to develop and apply scenario simulation models.
* Intermediate/advanced Spanish.
