Project Coordination Specialist
The PERM Advertising team seeks a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning, organization, and execution of advertising projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution
* Perform quality assurance functions involving careful review of documents for accuracy and consistency
* Ensure timely and within-scope delivery of all projects
* Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
* Manage client and stakeholder relationships
* Manage project lifecycle stages from ideation through sunset, ensuring deliverables are understood and releases are delivered on time
Requirements:
* Strong educational background
* Proven working experience in an environment requiring close attention to detail
* Ability to balance multiple ongoing projects
* Clear, effective communication skills
* Comfortable working independently and collaboratively, as well as with remote teams
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* English proficiency both written and spoken
* Access to reliable internet
