Key responsibilities include acquiring new clients, building long-term relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional service solutions.
* Perform client acquisition and relationship management with a portfolio of global VIP clients in Brazil and LATAM;
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through frequent communication and tailored service solutions;
* Analyze client behavior, identify unmet needs, and prepare strategic customer analysis reports;
* Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to deliver optimal service experiences.
Requirements:
* Minimum 4–7 years of experience in sales and client services with an international financial background in banking or investments;
* Proven track record of managing high-value client portfolios, including institutional clients, private banking customers, brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks;
* Experience working with trading platforms or exchanges is highly beneficial;
* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining excellent multitasking skills.
