- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fieldJob DescriptionIn this role, you will collaborate closely with resource managers to track plans, schedule meetings, and coordinate updates with stakeholders. You will maintain and update Airtable based on input from various teams, create and manage runbooks in Confluence, and troubleshoot technical tools and applications as needed. A key part of your responsibilities will involve analyzing feedback from the field and other teams to implement process improvements and ensure alignment across hiring managers, technical managers, and leadership. While the position is primarily remote, you must be willing to commute within 1.5 hours of the Greater Philadelphia area when required.
