Remote Virtual Assistant Job

Job Responsibilities:
* Manage lead lists using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo
* Pull contact data for decision-makers and candidates
* Track outreach results, email open/reply rates, and campaign data
* Update and maintain sequences in SourceWhale, assist with CRM tagging, campaign prep, and daily dashboard upkeep
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Sales Coordinator, or Admin in a B2B environment. You should be familiar with sourcing and data research for outbound sales or recruiting, have strong English communication skills (written + verbal), and be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and proactive.
