Role Overview
As a Senior Internal Talent Advisor, you will serve as a strategic liaison between our clients and Randstad.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact to ensure high-quality recruitment services.
* Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, offering strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations.
* Oversee the performance of the recruitment delivery team, ensuring all service level agreements and key performance indicators are consistently met.
* Conduct operational analysis to proactively solve issues and drive improvements in recruiting processes.
* Influence and guide the team toward achieving delivery goals and maintaining client satisfaction.
* Present insights, updates, and reports to internal and client-side leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or human resources roles with talent acquisition focus.
* Previous experience in staffing, recruitment process outsourcing, or talent consulting firms, especially in client-facing or manager-facing roles.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for engaging with senior leadership and clients.
* Native Portuguese, fluent English, and Spanish proficiency is advantageous.
* Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and professional presence are essential.
* Ability to analyze operational challenges, identify risks and opportunities, and implement strategic solutions.
* Proven ability to lead or influence recruitment teams toward high performance.
