Cloud Support Specialist Opportunity
We are seeking a senior professional to provide top-notch support and operation for the accounts receivable and billing modules of Oracle ERP Cloud.
As part of a global team, this individual will ensure exceptional service delivery, SOX compliance, and adherence to ITIL standards. Key objectives include resolving tickets within established deadlines in partnership with suppliers and internal teams.
This role involves supporting users during monthly accounting close in regions such as LATAM, USA, and APAC, conducting regression testing on quarterly updates to the Oracle SaaS environment, ensuring compliance with SOX requirements, and maintaining documentation aligned with ITIL.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act in the Accounts Receivable, Customers, Invoicing and Payments, and Collections modules
• Resolve tickets efficiently within SLA timelines in collaboration with suppliers and internal teams
• Provide timely support to users during monthly accounting close processes in LATAM, USA, and APAC regions
• Conduct thorough regression testing on quarterly updates to the Oracle SaaS environment
• Maintain accurate documentation aligned with ITIL standards and ensure SOX compliance
Technical Requirements:
• Proven functional experience in Oracle ERP Cloud, specifically in Receivables, Customers, Collections, and Billing
• Knowledge in tax document capture and integration with Syncro or EDICOM tools
• Understanding of Brazilian taxation principles applied to billing and accounts receivable
• Experience with Oracle localizations for Brazil (LACLS) and report generation capabilities
• Proficiency in BIP, PL/SQL, Web Services (SOAP and REST), FBDI, ADFDi tools
• Effective communication skills in both Portuguese and English languages
• Proactive attitude, collaborative work ethic, and results-driven mindset
• Minimum 3 complete cycles of Oracle Cloud implementation experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related fields
